Terms and Conditions for Stakvik Enterprise Holdings AS

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of services provided by Stakvik Enterprise Holdings AS.

1. Services

We offer:

  • Interior design
  • Design visualisation.
  • Digital deliverables (PDF files, drawings, videos, and illustrations).

We provide services only and do not sell physical products.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Services are offered at either a fixed price or an hourly rate.
  • Pricing and scope will be specified in the quotation.
  • Invoices will be issued as agreed.
  • A deposit may be required before the project begins.

3. Cancellation

  • The client will receive a proposal outlining the project scope and pricing.
  • The project will only commence once approval has been given.
  • Cancellation after commencement does not entitle you to a refund.
  • Work performed is invoiced in accordance with the agreement.

4. Digital deliverables

All deliverables are digital and are provided electronically. The client is responsible for the proper use of the material.

5. Intellectual property rights

All design materials remain the property of Stakvik Enterprise Holdings AS until full payment has been received.

6. Disputes

Disputes shall be resolved amicably. Norwegian law applies.
