When planning lighting in your home, it is easy to focus mainly on the lamps themselves and their placement – but the light bulb and the tone of the light have a huge impact on the overall atmosphere.
You may want a bulb with a bright, white light in rooms where you need focus and concentration – such as in the kitchen when cooking, or in the home office when working.
A warmer, golden light,on the other hand, creates a completely different sense of calm and gives the room a cosy, relaxing atmosphere. It is perfect for the living room, bedroom, or reading corner – places where you want to unwind.
Remember: You can choose bulbs with a dimming function, making it easy to adjust the atmosphere exactly as you want it. This allows you to have brighter light during the day and softer light in the evening.
Good lighting is about more than simply illuminating a room – it is about creating atmosphere, functionality, and balance..
Think of lighting in the same way you think about furniture: it should be practical, but also enhance the room aesthetically.
When you combine several types of light sources – and choose the right tone – you create a home that both feels comfortable and looks well designed.
